Are you our new roomie?
Hello, When our dear roomie moves out in February, we are looking for a new tenant for a room in our community. We are sharing an apartment of 89 square meters containing a common room / kitchen, bathroom, balcony and three single rooms. The apartment is quite new and everything is in a very good condition. There is, for example, dishwasher in the kitchen and washer / dryer in the bathroom. There is unlimited rent and occupancy on 1 March. Heating, water and internet are included in the rent. Electricity is the amount of an account. Your gender and age are completely different. However, it is important that you are a student so that we can receive housing support. We are a Danish boy reading an engineer and a Norwegian girl reading at the Architecture School. In the apartment we wish a good atmosphere, with happy and responsible people. There must be open to common habits, but also the possibility of closing its door when one feels the need for it. Just write a little about yourself, and we'll answer soon!
