Are you my new roommate?
Hi, My roomie has moved out and I am now looking for a new one to share my cozy apartment at Teglholmen with. The apartment is close to the water, which is super nice in the summer - personally I don't even jump in here in the winter. Netto and Spar are just around the corner, while Fisketorvet and Sydhavn St are less than 10 minutes away by bicycle. Your room is unfurnished (except for the closet and then blackout blinds in the window) and approx. 9 m2 large. It is delightfully bright thanks to a large window facing the green courtyard. The entire apartment is 83 m2 and consists of hallway, two rooms, two balconies, bathroom with washer and dryer and large common living room and kitchen with dishwasher. The common areas should only be shared with me, and I really hope you will feel as much as yours. The rent is DKK 5,900 a month including water, heating, electricity and internet.
