Are you my new roomie? ?? I am looking for a roomie for a 70 sqm apartment on the ground floor located in Ryesgade (Aalborg - west city). The apartment is a nice place, close to uni, public transport, Facts and Aldi etc. There is a living room, kitchen and bathroom which is shared, as well as a room for us each. The room that can be there is 11-12 sqm. The rent is 3000 of which 500 are aconto (200 to water and 300 to heat). I prefer a student where the rent can be around 2700-2800 with housing support. Deposit is 11000 kr. Occupation is d. 01-08-2018 I am studying for Graphic Design Technology and is 22 years old. I like to be social and of course there must be room for a closed door.
