Are you my new Roomie? :)
Are you, or is someone you know my next roomie? I'm looking for my next roomie to start in August, in the age range 18 - 22 (No gender requirements or anything). The apartment is 58 sqm and is super ideally located - central, and close to the inner city, but in a quiet area close to the bus metro. The apartment also has a beautiful sunlit balcony, and barbecue - ideal for summer. Furthermore, the apartment also has a newly renovated kitchen (2020) with i.a. wine cooler. A little more about where central the apartment is located: - You have less than 10 minutes walk to Lergravsparken station - You have 15 minutes transport time to Nørreport station - You have 13 minutes walk to Amager beach - You have 11 minutes walk to the nearest fitness center - You have 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket A little practical about the lease: - 12 sqm room - Access to kitchen and bathroom - For rent unfurnished - Unlimited rent - Laundry facilities in the hallway (Washer and dryer) - Free parking - Rent: 5,500 excl. consumption - Upon contact approval, the first month's rent + 3 months' rent is paid as a deposit About me I am a fresh and open 20-year-old who currently has a sabbatical year, but plans to start studying in September. My main areas of interest are in economics and political theory. I typically have a lot of balls in the air in my everyday life, and a day is rarely without a set agenda. I therefore do not spend super much time in my apartment on weekdays. I myself am very social, but of course respect a closed door. I enjoy: - Being with good friends. Whether it's strength training, walking in the city or something completely different. - Get a good glass of wine on the weekends - preferably combined with other good activity (Read a book, watch a series and / or play chess against roomie? You name it.) - Play some playstation after a long week NOTE: The room in question is where there is a gray sofa as well as bed in the room.
