A little about me and the apartment: My name is Stine and is 20 years old. I am studying Politics and Administration at Aalborg University, where after the summer holidays I begin on the 3rd semester. University is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is a really family-friendly apartment with large rooms, and with large closets. In addition, the area area is furnished, but of course it will be possible to put its mark on it. In the basement there is a shared laundry. Expectations for you: I expect you to be mature and responsible and will take your share of responsibility for the apartment. In addition, you must be a student. There must be room to be social, but we should also both accept a closed door. Economic conditions: In addition to the monthly rent, which includes aconto heat, the monthly housing support has been around 800kr, and at the same time we provide 220kr for the internet, every 3 months is paid for electricity. These things will be divided equally between us. Deposit also includes three months prepaid rent. There will be a possibility of moving between mid July and early August.
