Are you the best roomie in Aarhus C?
As my roomie moves out, I am now looking for someone new to take over his room and share the apartment. :-) The room is about 10 sqm and is located on Skanderborgvej 86 in a bright basement apartment with its own entrance and associated small front yard. The apartment has a nice large kitchen with dining area and what else. There is a 10 minute bike ride to the city center and walking distance to shopping, free parking just around the corner and the local pizza man is not the worst either! ;-) I would rather look for a person of 20+ who has lived outside before, is not afraid of the vacuum cleaner and can be lured to a beer on a sunny day. I myself am 25, read to civil engineering in construction and like to spend my free time on handball or soccer when I do not binge Netflix. The room can be taken over from 1/2. 15/2 and has a rent of SEK 4225 per month (Including water / heating / internet). If you are a student you can deduct the housing allowance. When moving in, 3 months prepaid rent is payable (considered as security deposit). If that sounds like something to you, send me a message with a few words about yourself.
