Hello behind the screen! We are 2 sweet young people seeking someone for our community by moving in on March 1st. A little about us: Christian is also called Goth, is 26 years old and moves from Copenhagen. On a daily basis he is a student, likes to play some music and have fun with friends from Zealand, besides he is always fresh on a good city tour. Me, Mathilde is 24 years old and moves from Tønder. On a daily basis I study for a nurse, always appreciate a good beer and good company with my friends, in addition I see with my girlfriend Nicolas. We are 2 very quiet and calm people who are down to earth and always in a good mood! Beyond that, of course, we like to provide the gas in town, though not every weekend, we also appreciate pleasant moments in the community. About the property: The property is 123 sqm with living room and dining room. There is a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The apartment is on 2 levels. The 2nd floor room is 9 m2, the rent is 2000 inc (water and heat), internet comes on top. Upon moving in, a deposit of DKK 6000 and 1 month prepaid rent is paid. Occupation by April 1st. A little about you: You are 21-27 years old. A sensible young person who is responsible, happy, can find out clean and appreciate a tidy home. You may very well be socially inclined, but also respect a closed door. You have to be in work or students.
