TAKEOVER: d. 1/7/19. I move myself into the 1/7/19, therefore I only have video recordings and pictures of the rooms as well as the apartment. THE APARTMENT: The apartment of 96 square meters is located on 2 floor and contains: Kitchen family room, living room and bathroom in a beautiful aesthetic design and is fully furnished. These are our common areas. It is not possible with own furniture on common areas, but you for the enjoyment of a really nice decor that you can use for free use. The apartment is new in 2016 and has everything in white goods including: tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher and heating in the bathroom floor. There is also a nice balcony furnished with aesthetic garden chairs and potted plants, facing the harbor bath. The windows are 3-layer windows that are wonderfully soundproof, so there is really quiet in the apartment. It is pointed out that new buildings are still under construction. and there will therefore be noise outside from 07: 00-17: 00 only on weekdays. There is a parking garage which costs DKK 750 monthly (if you have a car) and a bicycle storage room with air pressure pump and repair station for free use. THE AREA / SURROUNDINGS: * The harbor bath is open every day from 11-19 all year round for free use. * The nearest supermarket Netto is 700 meters away. * Supermarkets will be built nearby as well as shops. * Between the buildings, a stream from the sea will be expanded so that you can go through a canoe / kayak. Canoes and other water activities can be used approx. 300 meters away. * If you need forest and love running, there is a forest nearby. * Going out to the permenente this can be done in minutes through the bike. * In the area there are small courtyards as well as really beautifully extended architecture like the iceberg, which can be seen from the living room. * There are many young people as well as couples with children in the surrounding buildings.
