Private room with balcony in 3 bedroom apartment
Seeking rents from May / June for an unlimited period :) A little about me: I am 28 years old and right now I work full time at Coop. In my spare time, I exercise a lot, have fun with friends, party sometimes, and series. I am not a smoker, a social person who also respects a closed door, and clean. A little about you: I really like that you are also clean and take part in the shared cleaning so we can keep the apartment clean. Whether you are boy or girl doesn't matter, your age preferably 22+. The practical: It is a 3 bedroom apartment of 79m2, your room is approx. 16m2 with associated balcony and window to the courtyard. There is a guest room which can also be used as an office which is shared (see picture 5). Large hallway, kitchen with plenty of closet space, laundry in common basement. The room is not furnished. The rent is at 3200.- and that includes water, heating, internet, insurance - electricity is not included and is paid per quarter.
