The Royal Academy of Music
The conservatory is a state institution under the Ministry of Culture and is responsible for the højerste education in music and also contributes to promoting musical culture in Denmark. The Royal Academy of Music has offices in both Aarhus and Aalborg. The previously separate institutions were in January 2010 merged to ensure a greater and more sustainable academic environment that may be stronger in international contexts.
