The community The Yellow House is looking for another resident! Please share! ?? Martin moves away from the nest, so a sweet resident of our idyllic community is searched for outside Roskilde from the 1/8 2019. The vacant room is 10 sqm and is located south facing, so there is lovely light. The two new windows give you both morning and evening sun :) We are a relatively new living community founded in 2018 with room for 5 members. The house is newly refurbished in 2018 and here we cultivate our interests, which include common gardening, music, gaming and outdoor life, with cultivation of the associated garden. The garden contains various berry bushes, rhubarb, earthquakes, a formidable red beech, a garden pond, tile terrace and a greenhouse. We share a semi-detached house with a different community of 4 persons, so there is massaging life on the property, which is very spacious with a good courtyard between house and workshop / shed. In the workshop and shed, there is room for a little storage. Our share of the house is 136 sqm and contains a large two-piece living room (dining and dining room), nice kitchen, spacious hallway and stairwell, repos and toilet / bath both in the living room and on the 1st floor. There is the possibility of joint shopping and dining. From the house there is easy access to Roskilde Station (5 km), RU (9 km) and Absalon University College (9 km) by bus. Alternatively, it is possible to cycle - even on a bike path all the way through the small cozy town of Our Lady. It takes most of us under 15 minutes - right down to 11 min. even. The rent is DKK 3697.50 + Deposit to joint account of DKK 641 (electricity, internet, oil, miscellaneous) Total SEK 4338 / md. Deposits / security deposit is SEK 21,000.
