The International Science Bachelor's degree is the British version of The Faculty of Science Bachelor's degree. Both programs rely up the same curriculum, but all classes on the international line is mentioned in English. So all projects and reports must be written in English. The following text is the same as during training The Faculty of International Bacheloruddannesle when the curriculum is the same: Science can best be described as the study of the nature around us and how organisms, organic life, natural phenomena, chemical processes, physical quantities and mathematical models can help us better understand how the world is connected. Science has some key areas as you probably know from elementary school or high school. Subjects such as chemistry, biology, mathematics and physics are core subjects all of which helps to provide the (International) Faculty Bachelor its depth and attractiveness. Science is science on both a theoretical level with mathematical models, physical evidence and chemical process listings. But Science is also a practical science, where you are allowed to get their hands into the ground. For science is a science where everything must be tested, weighed, checked and proved again. You get to test your theories in the laboratory through concrete experiments.

The International Faculty Bachelor 3 years and focus during the time that you get an insight into the various disciplines such as science works with. You get to work with specific scientific problems and learn scientific methods to solve increasingly complex problems. An important part of the International Science Bachelor's degree is that the tasks you are presented with a concrete link to the community around us. It is tangible issues that you can easily identify in our society.

Study content In the first 4 semesters of the International Faculty Bachelor Work with project writing and follows the exciting science courses. Each of these courses give you an introduction and insight into a special science field. You have always the opportunity to ask questions and it is also 100% up to you to seek challenges and engage in teaching.

Some of the courses you can choose from are: Calculus (bill with several unknown variables), mathematics B (linear algebra), mathematics E (discrete mathematics), mathematics modeling, physics A (mechanics and nuclear physics), physics C (biophysics) , physics D (supplementary courses), physics (thermodynamics and statistical mechanics), statistics (applied statistics) chemistry A (general chemistry) chemistry B (organic chemistry), chemistry C (inorganic chemistry), biology A (cell biology), biology C (functional biology and evolution), biology (environmental biology and ecology), geography A (physical geography and biogeography), GIS and landscape ecology, computer science A (initial programming), Computer Science B (modeling and knowledge management) and many more. Each semester you write a project with a small group of your fellow students. In formulating a joint research question and get a tutor assigned who can help you with good advice.

You and your group are free to choose an issue you wish to address, however there are a few requirements that must be met: In the first semester you work with science as a tool in practical and social contexts. In the second semester you work with basic scientific questions in natural sciences through the use of models, theories and experiments. on the third semester you work with science as a cultural and social phenomenon. in the fourth semester there is no actual semester binding, but your work on the project this semester will involve and address science theoriesmethods and phenomena, and you have to immerse yourself in the light of the experience you have from the previous semesters. Each semester you also follow two courses while writing your project with your group.

You need during the basic studies select at least two mathematics courses otherwise you can freely choose which courses you want to follow.
