The room is furnished with 2 large closets, dresser and desk. The apartment is 100% smoke free, approx. 85 sqm with shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. In addition to me and my girlfriend, who is electrician learning, here lives the world's cutest cat, Otto, who is almost king of the castle. So, must love cats :) The apartment is close to Langgade St., bus line 26 runs right outside the door, walking distance to Roskildevej and line 6A. Walking distance to the nice shops and cafés at Valby Langgade, Spinderiet and Valby st. Nearest S-train station is Langgade, which is 5 minutes away. Otherwise Ålholm and Danshøj are also within walking distance. About us: Couples, both in 33 years. We are quite relaxed by nature, but prefer if clean and tidy. Ideally, our tenant would be social so we can bingewatche series and hang out on the couch, etc., but at the same time also respect a closed door.
