Shared apartment in Nørresundby
Shared apartment in Prinsessegade, Nørresundby. The apartment is composed of two big rooms, a small living room, a large kitchen / dining room and a nice bathroom. The room for rent is the biggest room in the apartment, and includes furniture: a double bed, a small desk, two chairs, a tv screen and some closets. Together with two neighbors we share a garden and a washing machine. The rent split in two is 3750 kr, housing support covers about 900 of the rent. Heat, water and washing machine is included in the rent. We will split additional utilities: gas (140 kr), internet (200 kr) and electricity (400 kr). In total, this amounts to 3245 kr pr. month, per person. Du vil dele den lejlighed med mig, en 22 år gammel dansk fyr, som nu studerer hans masters. I enjoy cooking and eating, and try to keep a healthy lifestyle. I generally spend weekends with friends - cooking, watching movies and chilling or drinking / partying. The apartment can be rented from the 1st of February 2018 until late summer, as my current roommate is away during this period.
