Shared apartment of 88 sqm
My name is Natasha, I am 25 years old and studying daily at Roskilde University. From August 1, 2019 I am looking for a cute and nice roomie (woman) who wants to rent a room with me. You will stay with me in Søllerød Park close to a small cozy lake and with 2 km to Holte Midtpunkt, 1.6 km to Nærum st (where trains to Jærgersborg and buses to copenhagen) 5 km to Lyngby st and 2 , 7 km to DTU. There are also buses just around the corner for both Holte and Lyngby. A little about the home You get a room of 8 square meters (therefore access to two larger closets outside the room), but you have full access to a large living room and a large kitchen and of course access to the shower and toilet. The whole apartment will be just as much yours as it is mine. The apartment is a 3 bedroom 88 sqm. in two levels. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher. The economic: Rent 3,500, - pr. month Expenses 800, - pr. month (heat on account, internet and electricity) Total: 4,300 Deposit: 12,900 (3 months prepaid rent) must be paid at the same time as the first rent - a total of 17.200 A little about you: I do not have high requirements for you as roomie besides that you must be non-smoker. However, I would like it to be cozy if we could spend some hours together and get to know each other. I accept a closed door and expect you to accept the same. A little about me: As I said, I am 25 years old, am a student and must start my thesis this summer. I work in Plaza Ure & Smykker and as a student assistant at the Insurance Academy I am very social and outgoing and like to spend a lot of time on my friends and training - and I can also party. I really like to be active and busy, but I'm just as happy for a relaxing evening on the sofa with my legs up.
