Hey everyone :) We have to move on in life and we therefore vacate our lovely apartment as we have lived for the last 4 years. So it is with sadness that we have to move from here, but such is life once in a while. The apartment is a "small" 3-bedroom. That is, there are 2 rooms and a living room. Both rooms are about 10 sqm and the living room is a bit bigger. Therefore, it is also suitable as a shared dwelling. By the beginning of 2020, the bathroom will need to be renovated, so you need to have a couple of weeks of mess. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is a closed courtyard to the property. Consumption is approx. SEK 500 a month. My uncle owns the apartment and I promised him to find the new tenant. Only requirement is a stable income (SU ok) from the new tenant. The move-in date is 1/9 but there may be some flexibility both ways if desired. The pictures are teasing right now, but I can send more if you want. Write a PB and tell about yourself.
