Lovely room in Trøjborg
Lovely room of about 13m2 in 2-room apartment with separate kitchen and long corner balcony. Situated in the lovely Trøjborg on Skovvangsvej, close to both forest and the beach. Optimal for students, as Uni is within walking distance and the journalist college can be reached in 5-10 minutes by bike. The rent will be approximately 3,550kr incl. aconto after housing support, and it is therefore expected that you are a student so we can apply for support. The apartment is shared with me, a 22-year-old man from Copenhagen, who has moved to Århus to study state-of-the-art, which I'm currently working on in the 1st semester. I'm social and I love to cook, drink beer / wine or play board games together, but of course I also respect when the door is closed. In addition, I expect you to clean and keep the apartment clean together with me :)
