We are looking for a fourth roomie who wants to be part of a nice, newly started community in Gellerup with move in 15-07, 01-08 or as soon as possible and with a very attractive rent! The apartment is a lovely 5-room of 129 sqm with four bedrooms, a large common living room, a large balcony, two bathrooms and new kitchen. The available room is a bright room of approx. 11 sqm with built-in closet and small balcony (hallway). The apartment is located on Gudrunsvej in the first bay facing Åbyhøj and is therefore on the 6th floor with a fantastic view of the city of Aarhus and the city park in Gellerup. The monthly rent is 2220 kroner incl. internet before housing assistance (about 250 kroner a month), and the deposit is 7643 kroner. You will live with Ellen, Elias and Gry. Ellen is 18 years old and must read German at AU this fall. Elias of 20 years begins with Literature History at AU, and Gry of 20 years reads hf. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of starting a community, where we help each other and enjoy each other's lives, of course, with room to be for themselves as well.
