Lovely room in 4-room apartment in Sydhavn - Small community of three people (you incl)
We rent a room in Sydhavn in a large 4-room apartment. We are two students who have found an apartment that we must move into on March 2nd. 5300kr in rent incl. water / heat - in addition to the internet and electricity. The rent is 350kr less for you than for me and the other because your room is a little smaller. Deposit is 3x rent (without water / heat) + one month prepaid + first month (March). We would like another student, so we can get housing subsidies and reduce the total rent by around 1000 kr. A little about us: Jakob, Danish, 26, Reads MSc Business Administration and E-business at CBS. Am fond of analog photography, outdoor life and computer nerdy. Is a volunteer in the Concussion Association. William, 22, British / French, Reading a Master of Applied Economics and Finance at CBS. Works with marketing beside the studio - Is really fond of beer.
