I am looking for a tenant for a room of 9 m2 in my apartment at Tegnholmen in Sydhavnen. The room is spacious and has a large window overlooking the courtyard and has a large clothes closet included. In addition to this room, you will share the apartment of 104m2 and this includes a large and bright kitchen (furnished) and a large bathroom with washer and dryer. In addition is a large balcony with harbor views for free use. It is not, as such, a social housing community, although there is, of course, room to get along.
