Lovely bright room for rent in new building in Ørestaden
Hi every one. Me and my good friend, Nicolai Monsrud Lundqvist, move into a new apartment shortly and therefore we are missing an extra man (or woman) to rent the last room in our 4 bedroom apartment. Occupancy is 01.06.2019 And the rent is at 5500 including water, heating, home insurance and internet The apartment is located in the town hall 5-10 minutes walk from westmager metro station and a stop by metro or 5 minutes by bike to Field's with lots of shopping / shopping. The apartment complex is newly built so everything is in the finest condition. The apartment is 105 sqm with 3 rooms and a large kitchen family room. There is also a south-facing balcony with views over the lake. The apartment is furnished by us but the existing bedroom must itself be furnished. The room is about 10 sqm with a built-in closet and can be seen on the attached picture. A little about us: I'm 20 (soon 21) and I hope to study at RU after the summer. I play football every day in Hvidovre and work full time. Nicolai: I'm 22 and I hope to study on CPH business after the summer. Every day I work full time and see with friends. We know each other fairly well and intend to eat together most nights and spend a lot of time in the common room. We prefer that you have it in the same way and are social. But we understand well a closed door.
