Lovely 15 m2 room with balcony
I'm looking for a tenant to move into a cozy 2nd floor apartment shared with me. The room is 15.7 m2 and has a balcony. In addition to the room there is a kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave and a bathroom with both washer and dryer. The apartment is located in Odense M approx. 4 km from SDU and 5-10 min. cycling distance to the pedestrian network and good shopping. The monthly rent for the room is DKK 3,450, which includes water, heating, internet and electricity. In addition, 2 months rent is paid in security deposit. A little about me: I am 23 years old and read international business communication on the 4th semester at SDU. I am an open, social and talkative person who loves to travel and photograph on my way. I like to watch a good movie or play a game, and am not pale for a walk around town and drink a few beers with friends. There must be room to have friends and girlfriends visit, but of course it must be respected if calm is needed (eg during exam periods). I am looking for a tenant who is relatively clean and would like to share the cleaning.
