Nice large room for rent, centrally located on Vesterbrogade
Roomie wanted! Hi, I'm looking for a new roomie to move in on or after September 1st. My apartment is very centrally located on Vesterbrogade and has a lovely south-facing balcony, with sun most of the day. The apartment is 83 square meters and the room is 13 square meters. It is on the 4th floor, so the noise level is very low. It is a newly renovated 3-room apartment with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The room is empty and ready to move into. There is a tall cupboard in the room, but if you don't want to use it, I will remove it. The monthly rent is DKK 6,500 + consumption of DKK 500. One month's prepaid rent must be paid, as well as a deposit of 2 months, a total of DKK 19,500. A little about me: my name is Jens, I work full-time in a renovation company and start training until next summer. I am 21 years old and love being with family and good friends, watching a movie, enjoying a beer in the sun, swimming and going to the gym. I'm hoping to find someone who is also in their 20s, who also wants to do a bit of socializing together in between. However, I respect the closed door and private time and expect the same. It means a lot to me to keep the apartment clean, so you must be willing to participate and rotate the broom at regular intervals.
