The apartment is on the 3rd floor and consists of 2 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, a large balcony and a bathroom. Living room, kitchen and bathroom are of course common use. The practical: The rental period is to start with 9 months, up to 30.11.20 but with good opportunity for 1 year extension. The rent is at 5200 kr incl. everything. Of course, we share the housing subsidy, so you will end up with a rent of DKK 4800. A little about me: I am 26 years old, studying for daily electrical technology at DTU. When I'm not at uni or at work, I spend my time training, friends and gaming. Requirements for you: I prefer that you are between the ages of 20-29 (with exceptions, of course) and are students.
