SHARED APARTMENT AT AMAGERBRO
Are you missing a place to live? Come and be my roomie at Amagerbro. The apartment is a total of 98 sqm, your room would be around the 10/12 of them, and then we will otherwise share the large kitchen / family room and bathroom. The apartment has built-in washing machine and dishwasher as well as a brand new balcony. I rent the room out for 1 year, and would like to stay with someone who wants to be sociable and is about the same age. I wish we could make this apartment our little home next year ?? Otherwise, there are no major requirements. The rent is 5,944 WITH ALL: water, heating, home insurance, electricity, TV license and internet and housing is possible. And since the apartment is quite large, we are in favor of a housing subsidy of +/- 1000 kr. That way the rent comes down to about 5,445 kr - maybe more, and so we get a big newly renovated apartment for sharing ?? The apartment is on Lombardigade, a side street to Amagerbrogade and is as follows: Walk: 2-5 min from the facts, Rema 1000, Lidl, Aldi Walk: 2 min: 5c bus stop (goes both through the city but also to the airport) Bicycle: 5min: Amagerbro metro st. Bike: 10min: Amager beach, Amager beach park, Islands Brygge and Christianshavn Bicycle: 15-20min (depending on pace): inner city, Nørrebro, Central Station etc. If it sounds / looks like something to you, drop me a message and then I'd like to invite you over for a cup of coffee, tea or beer so you can take a closer look at the apartment and so we can get to know each other a little better ??
