LOVELY ROOM IN NEW APARTMENT
Hi there! Are you missing a place and staying? Would you like to live in the heart of Odense? Then you've found it just right! We are two young guys, who from April 1st move into a newly built apartment (2-3 years ago) at Overgade. In this context, we lack a sweet roommate for one of the 3 bedrooms in total. A little about the apartment: (More pictures come as soon as current tenants have got the last things out). The apartment is in a nice backyard away from the worst alarm and is on a total of 91 m2 divided into 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen-dining room which opens into a large bright living room. So there will also be ample opportunity to put your own touch, so both you and we feel at home! In the bathroom, we have WASHING MACHINE and DRY RETURN for free use. Part of the area in front of the apartment also belongs to the apartment and has been used as a small terrace by the former resident. With 5 min to nearest shopping, 10 min to the pedestrian street and under 5 km to uni you are close to everything. Your room will be on small 10 m2 with nice built-in cupboard and a large window. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the community and help make the apartment our home for everyone. You are social, responsible, can find out to clean themselves and want to stay for a long time. You also very much like to be students. Who are we then? Martin: I am 23 years old and study robotics in the second semester. In my spare time, I knock Jakob in the world's board games, go on adventures in Odense's nightlife and then I just relax. Jakob: I am 21 years old and study computer science in 4th semester. I spend my free time on training, exciting projects, film / series marathon and on necking Martin in the world's board games. In addition to this, I enjoy a cold Friday beer with my friends and cook good food. We are both quiet and super talkative young guys who enjoy each other's company. We hope you will be part of this community. The rent is DKK 3500 per month incl. water, heating and internet (this is after housing support). Electricity is shared equally between us every quarter. In addition to the rent, there is a deposit of DKK 10,000 Occupancy price: 10,000 + one month's prepaid rent (3500). Occupancy April 1 and no later than April 15th.
