Takeover is May 1st! The room will only be rented out until July 31st (3 months) A bit about my lovely, newly renovated, Amagerbro apartment. Your room is approx. 9 m2, but the total area of the apartment equals about 70 m2. The apartment contains three rooms of which one of them will be yours! Furthermore it contains a kitchen and a bathroom, and is equipped with wardrobe, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Your room was beforehand the living room of the apartment, but it has now been shielded into an almost private room (the entrance to your room has no door, but the option to set up a curtain is possible. us as a path between the front door and the rest of the apartment). Your room does not come furnished. CPR registration is possible. The rent of 4500 DKK / month includes utilities like heat, water, electricity and wifi internet. In other words, you will not have to pay for anything else (possibly furniture). A bit about your roommates (us!): We are aged 22 & 23 and are danish. We are both studying - at the University of Copenhagen and Roskilde University respectively. Besides that we are chill guys, who likes music, joking and talking about a beer - and parties now and then :) Here's a few ideas for your application for the room: - What is your occupation - Which interests you have - What are your expectations for the living situation - Will you be bringing or buying furniture.
