Hi! Me and my friend Mark just moved in to our new apartment in Vestamager a few weeks ago, and we are looking for a roomie to share our spacious apartment next to Vestamager metro station. The room we're renting is approx. 10m2 and unfurnished (we installed a light and a curtain), and it has a spacious walk-in closet. The apartment is 120m2, located on the 1st floor, and it consists of: a large open-space kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 balcony and a basement storage room. The Vestamager metro station is 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment, Rema1000 and Fitness world are across the road, and Field's Shopping Mall is only 5 minutes away by bike. You will be sharing the apartment with: Mark, 25 from Croatia. Recently graduated from DTU in computer science and currently looking for a full-time position. In the time free from bouncing between interviews, I really enjoy cooking and baking, as well as watching movies and series. Raymond, 30 from China. Graduated from DTU in Photonics Engineering, currently working as a research assistant in DTU. I will be in the office during the day for most of the weekdays, with some days working from home. In my free time I love playing tennis, watching movies and playing board games. We are looking for someone in our age group, well-organized and clean, who would like to hang out with the roomies, such as having a small dinner together, movie nights and occasionally having some drinks, but who also respects personal space. The apartment includes a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and an oven. The monthly rent is DKK 5400 (excl. electricity and internet). The deposit is DKK 27,000, which consists of 3 months' rent and the first and the last months of the rent, which is the same as both of us pay by the contract.
