Cosy central Frederiksberg room in an beautiful newly renovated apartment
Location: Central Frederiksberg C, 1874 Interest rate: 5.300 DKK (all inclusive, internet, heating, water, electricity) Lease period: +1 year We are Lennart, Ann and Claudia looking for a nice person som vil move into a room of 17 m2 (13.66 m2 net) in our spacious second-floor apartment. The building is located in a quiet street and friendly neighborhood in central Frederiksberg (1874), near the Forum metro station. It is a very nice and cozy area close to many supermarkets, cafés, the Frederiksberg mall and CBS, University of Copenhagen campus, the lakes in central Copenhagen and around 2 km from KBH Hauptbahnhof, the central station. The room and the apartment plus equipment The room at vi victim har high, plastered ceiling of about 3m, as all the other rooms in the old apartment. There are wooden floors in all the rooms, except for the kitchen and bathroom. We have a total of three bedrooms (Claudia & Lennart are a couple, dermed only need one), one guest room, a living room, a large kitchen, bathroom and the entrance area. The apartment is a beautiful and freshly renovated 1,905-build apartment and equipped with a modern kitchen including a fridge / freezer combination plus stove and oven. We will Eventually get a dishwasher, too. The bath room has a shower, toilet (the only one in the apartment, be aware of att), sink and floor heating, besides a washing machine and dryer will be available for use. You will have the shared access of the living room equipped with a large dining room table and sofa, kitchen, bathroom and entrance area of course. Your room will be located in the back of the apartment, right next to the living room. The interest rate will be 5.300 DKK (all inclusive, heating, internet, water, etc.). Renovation information The apartment is just now undergoing the last weeks of extensive renovations, so the three of us will only move in on 1st of April as well. The apartment will be in perfect condition and we really wanna keep it att way, so we expect our fourth flatmate two be aware of att situation and be tidy and careful with the wooden floors, walls and all the new furniture at vi vil put into the apartment. You will understand, at vi kan kun victim photos of the renovation state of the apartment, since we will only faktisk live there from April on. About us Lennart and Ann are both graduate students in political science at the University of Copenhagen and to have part-time jobs, while Claudia is a Master student in biochemistry. We're all quite busy in our daily lives and we speak a mixture of Danish and English with eachother at home. We will not be hanging out with eachother all the time especially fordi of our schedules, but we enjoy the company and a chat over coffee or tea, we også kan having friends to dinner or a glass of wine every now and then. Copenhagen is the center of our lives, but we all have the friends and family elsewhere too, so we will be the occasional weekend away, but certainly not every week. We know eachother for a long time and Claudia and Lennart havebeen a couple of years, när you get to meet us you will find out att we're a very relaxed bunch of people. But there's no discussion at vi value tidiness, so if you do not clean up after yourself we will be a problem :-) Other than att, you shouldnt be open-minded, speak good English and / or Danish, stand on you own two feet and kunna keep yourself busy, since we are too. We are a non-smoking apartment and we wanna keep it att way. About you It is viktiga for us two really feel at home in the apartment, we will live there together and not just next to eachother, so we wanna get along well with our fourth flatmate. Therefore, we hope you can provide us a good and honest impression of your personality and how you would fit into our shared apartment. If you do not modtage an answer, you ikke er betragtet a candidate, the market in Copenhagen is tough and we will save ours and your time by responding only two requests dem att look appealing to us.
