Cheap Room right next to Nørrebro St.
ENGLISH BELOW Hi, Since we are not home all summer, we pack together and rent one of the rooms in our apartment on the outer Nørrebro (just off Nørrebro St.). The apartment consists of the room you rent, our room, a small entrance hall and a kitchen. The toilet is shared with the other apartments on the rise and is on the backstage. Bath is shared on two other occasions and is in the basement. We share on the other occasions to make the common areas clean, and since we are not home, it will be your responsibility in both months (ie cleaning of bath + toilet every 3 weeks). There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. The apartment is 50 m2 and is located on the first floor and the room you rent is 14.5 m2. The room will be partially furnished as seen on the pictures (desk, office chair, dining table with chairs). However, there is no bed. If the furniture is in the way, we can try to stack them together in our room (if they can be there). The walk is very worn and it's really not a luxury apartment - on the contrary! On the other hand, here is really nice and it's cheap! As we move into our colonial house from 1st of July to 1st September, it means you will have the apartment for yourself most of the time! :-) We rent from 1 July to 31 August 2017. Rent: 2400 kr. / Month incl. All consumption, and a deposit of 2000 kr. Please note that we do not have wi-fi (we use our phones). Looking forward to hearing from you. The apartment consists of the room you're renting, our room, a small hall and a kitchen. The toilet is shared with the other apartments in the building and is located on the back stairs. The bathroom is shared with two other apartments and is in the basement. Cleaning the toilet + bathroom is a common responsibility between all the apartments, and since we will not be home, this will be your responsibility for both months (in other words, you must clean the toilet + bathroom every 3rd week). There is a washing machine and a drier in the basement as well. The apartment is 50m2 in total and is located on the first floor. The room you will rent is 14.5 m2. The room will be partly furnished, as you can see on the photos. But there's no bed. Hvis de møbler er et problem, kan vi prøve at presse dem ind i vores værelse (men vi vil ikke love at de skal passe). The apartment building is very worn down and the apartment is far from luxury! Quite the opposite actually. Men, om du kan komme over å dele et bad med andre, er stedet ganske koseligt og billig! Since we will be living in our little house in our garden from July 1st to September 1st, you will have the place to yourself most of the time :-) The room is for rent from the 1st of July - 31st of August 2017.
