Roomie is looking for the perfect apartment in Odense C I am looking for a roomie for a quick move 1-9-19, as my current one unfortunately has to move. The apartment is 68 m2 - newer 2-bedroom apartment, located in the center of Odense, 5 min from the railway station and pedestrian zone. There is elevator and door phone as well as the apartment is really nice and well maintained. There is a bicycle cellar and shared laundry. You are offered a large room of either 18 or 28 m2 and you will stay with me who is a sweet, quiet and calm guy of almost 23 years reading Philosophy v. SDU. The rent is NOK 2750, when home insurance is deducted, and that is incl. water and on-account heating of DKK 500, in addition we share internet of DKK 129 (every two months) and Electricity (every three months).
