Three bright and spacious brand new rooms for rent from 1st of December 8 minutes by bike from the dead center of Aalborg. There are 550 m to Kulturbroen, where you can cycle to Nytorv in Aalborg city center in 6 minutes (according to Google). The rooms are basically unfurnished. They are all of 20 m2 and each has its own entrance + lock to the 70 m2 common area, which you have to share with two other tenants. Blinds are fitted in all the doors and windows of the apartment. The apartment is a total of 130 m2 + 300 m2 terrace facing the park. Smoking is not allowed inside but smoking on the terrace. The common area consists of a hallway with wardrobe, toilet and bath, utility room with washer and dryer, fully equipped and furnished kitchen room with three large glass doors facing the park and fjord. All appliances, white goods, furniture and the kitchen in the common room are brand new. The apartment is heated with underfloor heating. There is wireless internet at 100 Mbit / s. I live on the 1st floor. The pictures with the trees are the view from my balcony - the same as from the terrace downstairs - and the other is from my living room, which in the mood and with its double doors to the park is very similar to the ground floor gets when it is ready for rent on the December 1st.
