The community of Ørestad Palace is looking for a new resident
We are a cozy living community with room for five people who share everyday life in a large townhouse in Ørestad. We are looking for a new resident with a move-in on July 1, 2020 (possibly with the possibility of moving in earlier). We have dinner together a couple of times a month, otherwise we enjoy each other's selfhood more spontaneously in everyday life with everything from breakfast or filming on the couch to parties in our own house, and we also take a walk out of the house to all kinds of activities where there have been walks in Kalvebod Common, comedy, carnival in Aalborg, bars etc. on the menu. We make a virtue of being a part of each other's life and everyday life, but of course there is room to be yourself when you need it. You will live with four roommates who are between 22-27 years old, and we do very different things: Line (22): Is the house's younggun and laughter bomb with the most beautiful Aalborg shake. On a daily basis, she uses her speech gifts to sell sand in the Sahara. In addition, she owns all outdoor recreation equipment, being an advanced outdoor human being. She is always ready with advice and guidance in war and love. Frederik (24): Peace is always ready with a helping hand (almost) no matter what. He is good at IT and math and then he is the house's game master in just about every game. Peace is born and raised in North Zealand. Well, yes, and so is Line go Peace lovers. Svenni (26): His preferences for TV shows are as broad as his knowledge of Quiz games. He can see everything from Paradise to the Debate and the favorite game is Bezzerwisser. He will start his social worker education for August and he will also come from North Zealand. May (27): Is the house grandmother. She holds most housewife and bakery advice, and owns sewing machines and knitting needles of all sizes. In addition, she is a trained sociologist and spends her time on a job search. She comes from Silkeborg. The townhouse is 141 sqm in total and is brand new. We share a large kitchen with dishwasher, large, lovely, bright living room overlooking Kalvebod Common Two toilets, one bath, washer and dryer, a nice little garden, roof terrace and shed. The house is located in Ørestad, 5 min from Fields, shopping, metro and train station. The Metro can be reached at Kongens Nytorv in 12 minutes. or at the airport in 7 min. We jointly pay a very modest amount a month for food, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and internet. The house is fully furnished, but when you move in, there should of course also be space for your things. The room is 8 sqm, with built-in cupboards and room for a 1.5 person bed. The rent is DKK 3,271 a month excluding heat, water, electricity and the Internet (approx. DKK 385 a month). A deposit of DKK 21,600 is paid on occupancy, corresponding to a prepaid rent and security deposit. The contract runs for two years with the possibility of renewal.
