Residential community in Risskov looking for new residents (couple)
In Villa Firkløver there will soon be a room available. We are therefore looking for new roomies from around May (flexible moving-in date). Our current lease runs for five years. About the property: Villa Firkløver is a family home on Vestre Skovvej in Risskov, a stone's throw from forest and beach. The house has a lovely garden and we share a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom. The whole house is approx. 160 sqm. About the room: The room that becomes vacant is approx. 22 sqm. It is well suited for a couple. The price includes internet, consumption and common purchases (cleaning agent, etc.). A door opens onto our lovely terrace. About us: Benjamin and I (Lotte) live in the room on the first floor. We love board games, winter bathing and good company. We are late in the 20s / start 30s.
