Housing in NV
We are a small community living in a lovely house in the northwest. We go very much into the community and that everyday life is great for all of us, so it is a real home. There is no compulsory gathering or compulsory common eating therefore the spontaneous gathering building block for the community. We generally focus on ecology in the house both inside and out, but this is something we all practice. The house is a top-level house with basement, where there is associated garden and small courtyard. Both the house and the garden are a common project where you are expected to give a hand, also financially. The room is 14 sqm with slanted walls, small walk-in closet, and window scissors and will be vacant on May 1st. The rent is 4000 SEK, which is inclusive of everything and the deposit is three times the rent. Communal areas count large spacious kitchen, double room with high ceilings, a laundry basement and a smaller bathroom we all four have to be divided on. If that is important to you, our internet connection is 12.5 / 1, which is low but good enough for Netflix, and it cannot be made about <3 The lease is time limited and will end on 31 / 1-2021. We are: 30 years old girlfriend who loves horror movies, food and going to flea markets, especially on Funen where she is from. She is the house's little sensitive hippie wine that just loves coziness. Creativity takes up a lot in her everyday life, where she is both sewn, drawn and painted. 31-year-old trine, full-time nurse and the house's plant fever, which makes it green to grow. She loves a good home evening with chips and dip, but also going to concerts. Time is spent on the Christiania bicycle to find things for new creative building projects. She is the mama of the house. Nikolaj, 27, who is the house's head of talk (though on Jutland), laughs and is always ready to slap his feet up and see a good / bad movie. His world is about IT and he is good at achieving things on the highest shelves. He makes the best cookies and cooks a wild rose. You are: A human being, unfortunately, we must not have animals. You must be 27 or 33 years and everything in between, which we do not compromise on. You want to live in a community where you say hello when you come home and goodbye when you go. You want to take care of the garden together with others, and participate in various small projects and maybe even find your own. We expect you to apply when you love the living community viben, and it is therefore natural to invite with invitations for cosiness and joint cooking. Moreover, you are spacious and good at taking decisions together so that together we can create a nice home that works. It may well be that your mother thinks you are mature, that you are good at swinging a cloth, and that you are good at respecting a closed door, but let's hear who you really are and why it is just you to stay here.
