It is a room of approx. 11 sq.m., vacant from 1 May 2020. The apartment is located in Rødovre on Irmavej in a new building of 103 sq.m. exclusive balcony in a quiet area. There are 3 separate rooms in the apartment, 1 kitchen / dining room, toilet and bath, storage room and balcony. Rødovre Centrum and public transport are 5 minutes away by bicycle. The rent is 5,000, - incl. Water and heat. In addition, there will be EL, which is settled per. quarter and of course license. You can dsv. not covered by our home insurance, so you have to take care of that part yourself. Deposit: 3 months rent and the rent is unlimited. We are: Casper Hersø Jensen 22 years old.
