About the apartment The apartment is a total of 98 sqm and is located on Margretheholmen, just outside Christianshavn's ramparts. The apartment consists of three rooms, a large living room in open connection with the kitchen, a bathroom, and most importantly: a beautiful wooden terrace with morning sun AND a large balcony with afternoon and evening sun, perfect for spring and summer months :-) In the apartment is there all in white goods, including washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The room The room for rent is 7 sqm and is located next to the apartment's balcony. We use our rooms as bedrooms and stay mostly at the large common areas, so even though 7 sqm can sound scary small, there is enough room for a one and a half man bed, a closet and a lot of cosiness ;-) The monthly rent is 4,635 DKK incl. . aconto consumption and internet, deposit is 13905 DKK, prepaid rent equal to one month's rent. Occupancy takes place by July 1st. The room is furnished with a bed, closet, bedside table, lamp and shelf, and no additional rent for the furnishings is incurred. About us I am Lisbeth, am 26 years old and reading law. When I am not sitting on the reading room and sleeping over my books, I work at a law office. I am a real plant mother who loves to care for my small plant children on the balcony and the terrace, but in the winter I am more a knitting mother. I like to run and always want to have company on the trip. Nadia lives here too, she is 27 years old and works as a purchaser for Gubi. Nadia is a salsamus who walks around Copenhagen's dance clubs and swings her hips. Nadia has a nice little car and if you really need sweets then she can be persuaded to drive in Ghetto-Net and buy some goodies with one. Many of the apartment's square meters go to the large common areas, and we therefore seek a roommate who appreciates the cosiness by sharing his home with others. There must be room to be sociable to the extent we want, but also to be able to relax and be ourselves. It must be a place where the batteries are charged and therefore there must be a reasonable degree of calm, clean and rusty.
