Hello. The apartment is a 4 bedroom and is located on Margretheholmen. It is possible to move in as soon as possible. The room is approximately 15 m2 with a floor to ceiling window. The apartment has a central living room with open kitchen (with dishwasher), living room with balcony and a spacious bathroom with washer and dryer. The apartment is on the 5th floor overlooking Copenhagen. Nyhavn and Christianshavn metro is about 10 min away by bike. There is a bus just down the front and from June of will 9A also have stop there. The monthly rent is 5600, all included, water, heating, internet, TV and electricity.
