Resident is looking for a cozy community on Grønnegade
We are a lovely 4 person community on Grønnegade in Aarhus C, who are looking for a sweet and easy going friend with a move in on July 1st. We share a relatively large cozy living room with sofa, TV, dining table with room for guests - family as friends. A kitchen with its own microwave, dishwasher and shared pots and pans - we share about all cookware and may be supplemented. Here we have our own cupboard, own shelf in the fridge and freezer which is personal. We all have quite different schedules during the week, and therefore do not have a communal meal, but we like to enjoy brunch or similar when possible. As such, there are no obligations to stay here with us, except that you are expected to be willing to help each other keep the home tidy and tidy. That being said, we often come up with something when we have time for it, for example, meeting over a movie with popcorn in the living room. In the basement we have free access to the washer and dryer, as well as drying room and a smaller space in a basement room - all included in the rent. We are looking for a new female resident of 24+ and we go after being a good mix of sweet students and happy working. A little about us: Rasmus is 35 and loves to dance, sing gospel, bake cakes and sing in chorus. On a daily basis, he works with programming robots, and otherwise dreams of deserted paths and impressive mountain ranges. Julie is 24, and is fond of bonfires and picnics. She has just got her fingers in a garden lot where the water is constantly being crossed and fingers crossed. ?? Julie gravitates toward various creative skills, constantly trying new things. Jakob is 26 years old and is a student at the Aarhus School of Architecture. Currently, Jakob is taking a break from the studio, working for two visual artists, where he helps with everything from drawing brick sculptures to shooting laser beams through museums. We are sweet and kind and very happy to live together. That's why we are looking for someone who wants the community just as much as us. The room you will be staying in is 16 m2, bright with wooden floor, and with a window facing the street. The rent is DKK 3,510, including water, heating and electricity, as well as TV and internet.
