Resident is looking for 3V at Eternitten in Aalborg
Hi! I am looking for a roommate for Aalborg's most delicious 3V of 80 sqm on Eternitten. My former roomie has been given an internship, which she unfortunately cannot say no to, so she is moving to August. The whole apartment complex is brand new and delicious. We both moved in last August. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and consists of two rooms respectively. 11 and 9 sqm, living room / kitchen and bath. Furthermore, there is a relatively large balcony facing south. There is underfloor heating, dishwasher, washer and dryer. 10 minutes by bike to uni and 15 minutes to downtown. The price is DKK 9000 a month; it is shared between us and thus you pay DKK 4500. The housing allowance we currently receive. is over 1000, so we both pay 4000 in rent :) This includes everything except internet and license. Your deposit is DKK 12,750. For the whole apartment it is DKK 25,500 ergo you pay half. I expect you: - Non-smoker - Can find out to clean up after yourself - Have a positive attitude and an understanding that we two live in the apartment - Are students (housing subsidy: D) - Is a boy or girl between 20 and 26 years Short of me: - 22 years old and from a small town near Skive - Studying psychology in the 2nd semester - Creative and inclusive of person - Enjoy good conversation and coffee
