I provide a room of 14 m² in Aarhus C during my exchange 1/2 to 1/8. There is a built-in wardrobe, french balcony and very good interior facilities. The room is rented furnished * or unfurnished to your liking. The apartment is 57 m² and newly renovated. To the apartment there is a communal kitchen, bath, cool shower with possibility of smoking and a locked storage room in the basement. The bathroom has a separate shower and the kitchen has electric cooker, microwave, large fridge / freezer and plenty of closet space. The apartment complex has locked bicycle parking, shared laundry facilities and private courtyard. You're sharing the apartment with Michael, 29, reading psychology, and that's so nice a person that I'm daring to say satisfaction for him after having enjoyed him twice as a living for two years! Net, Føtex and Fitness DK are a few minutes walk away. Aarhus BSS is 1 km north, and the university park is 3 km to the north. You are completely in the middle of city life by the stream or on the stretcher for a short walk along the river. Aconto water / heating, electricity and internet (50/20 Mbit) costs a total of 600 kr / month, and the rent for housing support is 3,600 kr / month.
