Cheap room in cozy neighborhood near SDU
We are two casual women seeking new living as our current moves out in July: Sasha of 25 studies clinical biomechanics at SDU and Vicki at 32 is an independent illustrator. We live in a rowhouse of 94 m2 spread over two floors. The room is rented together with the other two, as well as a small toilet, on the 1st floor. The ground floor has a common living room and kitchen and a slightly larger bathroom. There is attached own garden which is especially delicious this summer :). We own two small dogs (shih-tzu), so you should be able to withstand animals. Unfortunately, we can not have more than two animals in the property. Rækkehuset is part of two areas in Odense SE owned by HD properties. Water, heating, electricity and internet are not included in the rent - we investigate the average monthly amount and add later in the week :) The rest of the house is furnished with room for renewals and additions. In the house is in addition to washing machine and dishwasher: fridge with a freezer compartment for your disposal, microwave, alm. Oven, and a common TV in the living room with the common channels. Finally, ask questions and we will answer them as soon as possible. The room is furnished in the picture but will be empty until the date of arrival - bed can be purchased for 500kr.
