Big room in Valby close to public transport
Hi, my name is Miki. My current roomie is sadly moving back to Germany. So, from around the 5th of June and about 6 months forward (maybe longer) I will have a room available for rent (no couples). WHO AM I I am a Danish originally from Bornholm, but have been living in Valby for about 11 years. Jeg er deltidsansatt i et rekryteringsfirma, hvor vi rekryterar IT-personer fra udlandet til danske virksomheder og sørger for at de bliver bosat i Danmark og trives. Den andre delen av min tid er brukt til at skabe hjemmesider og gøre marketing for bookkeepers. I am an easy going and calm person. My spare time is used with friends, family, my girlfriend and CrossFit and I love to travel. When I have the time, I draw and paint. WHO ARE YOU I prefer if you are a calm and quiet person, who is tidy and helpful. Ditt ålder, yrke og land for oprindelse er ikke så viktig for meg så lenge du betaler din leie og følger mine regler. Det er ikke et krav, men det kan være morsomt hvis vi noen ganger kunne gjøre ting sammen. Like cooking, go for a walk or something else. Det er en smule weird at vi bor i samme lejlighed og ikke rigtig kender hverandre. Hvis du er ny til København og Danmark, vil jeg være mere enn glad for at hjelpe deg med at finde dig rundt og med andre praktiske ting. THE APARTMENT The apartment has two rooms. The big one will be yours. We will share the kitchen and a very small bathroom with shower (but it works fine). - Cheap laundry service is in a nearby building. - Supermarket is 2 min. Walk away. - Du kan registrere et CPR nummer fra adressen - Vi vil begge signere en leieavtale - Din plass har closets, et spisebord med 4 stoler, og en sofa. The office table on the image will be gone when you move in. If you need, you can borrow an air mattress from me. My current roomie would also like to sell her top mattress (you can see it on the image). - If you need it, then I have an extra bike, that you can borrow while you rent the room. TRANSPORT OPTIONS ARE REALLY GOOD - 2 min. Walk to bus 1A (goes to the city center) - 5 min walk to F line. (Goes around Copenhagen) - 10 min. Walk to Valby station (most of the train lines) - 15 min. Walk to Ny Ellebjerg station (the rest of the train lines) - 15 min. On bike to central station. - A lot of the Universities are around 20 min. Away on bike +/- 5 min MY RULES Here are my rules, then you can evaluate if you can live under do conditions :) - No parties in my apartment. You are allowed to have guest, but not loud music and drunk people. - Smoking is not allowed. - Do the dishes etc. when you are done eating and put it in its place. - Clean the kitchen table, oven, stove etc. when you are done cooking. - Når du er ferdig med showering, så bruk et håndkle for å fjerne vann fra veggene, gulvet osv. - Sett på toalettet når du er ferdig - Tøm den trashcan når nødvendig - Tøm postkassen hvis du går til det - Occasionally buy some of De commodities we will share (kitchen paper, toilet paper, dishwashing soap etc.) - When you clean your room then do it in the kitchen and hall too. - Please take care of my floor, closets and the rest of the apartment in general. - Pay rent on time Are you my new roommate?
