Bright, spacious, modern apartment on the 5th floor, built in 2007. Nice location in Copenhagen S with shopping and transport (Ørestad St.) close by. The apartment is very nice, see the floor plan. Good facilities - dishwasher, tumble dryer, and washing machine are provided in the apartment. The apartment has a large living room with kitchen and two beautiful balconies with views and morning sun on one and afternoon and evening sun on the other. In addition, there is a bathroom and an entrance with a wardrobe. I'm looking for a tenant for one of the two large bedrooms. There is also a storage room available. The apartment has a furnished living room and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a built-in closet in the bedroom, there is a bed and a TV but this can be removed by moving in. I am 30 years old, banking adviser. I do not party at home, but in summer I have a few friends left for grill and red wine. I am looking for a roomate in the age 20-30 years. It is not an unlimited rental period, but possibility of extension if we can find out to live together after the agreed rental period. Short term rent is interesting to me. You must not smoke, and must respect agreements between us about parties and cleaning. Includes a conto water, heating, electricity and wireless internet from the living room (120/50 mBit).
