Comfortable rentals in delicious newly constructed easter apartment
We are a couple looking for roomie for the second room in our new 3 bedroom apartment in Ørestad! :) -to take over from 1/6, possibly. earlier as we move in about 14 days before. The rent is easy and convenient, as the rent includes things like internet, Netflix, toilet paper, detergents, etc. - as well as cleaning of common areas :) The apartment is newly built from 2017 and is a total of 66m2. There is a large kitchen / living room with a delicious HTH kitchen as well as a dining area and a sofa bed. The kitchen also has a dishwasher as well as a washer / dryer. The rooms are each 7.3m2 large, but of course there are free use of the common areas. The apartment is located a few meters from Vestamager metro station, within walking distance of Fields with 24-hour Bilka and other good shopping opportunities. There is quick access to the community and nature center, which has rich natural and wildlife. "You get a home the perfect place, close to both the wonderful city life and the opportunity to relax in the open countryside. The apartment has nice and large balcony, where smoking is also referred to, as the building is non-smoking. !!! The rent includes !!! - Consumption of water / electricity / heating - Fast Internet connection - Netflix - General household items (detergents, toilet paper, spices, etc.) - Insurance - Cleaning the common areas! (Clearly, you clean up and empty the dishwasher if needed.) With all included in the price, the rent will be 6000, but on the other hand it has also been made very easy for you as a tenant. We are quiet and calm people. I'm a graduate of June, and my boyfriend is Cand. jur. We are open so you do not have to be afraid to feel stranger in your own home, while at the same time we fully respect when the door is closed and there is a need for calm :) When moving in, you pay 1.5 months rent in the deposit, as well as the first month's rent. - DKK 15,000 in total (unless we settle in before 1/6). Next, the next rental fee is 1.th of the first month. You must choose us as landlords because we are decent and relaxed people who do not put all sorts of strange demands on you and really just want to have you nice and conflictless relationship with our new tenant. If we disagree about something we will talk about the cases and find a solution :) We will take over the apartment on the 16th of May, after which the show can be arranged.
