We need one new sweet and creative bearings to our cozy community that Johan Semps Gade. The room is ready for occupancy already d. 01 / 04-2017. We are Jon (24), Nicklas (20) and Cecilie (23), all of which deal with creative subjects such as music. Besides this Nicklas contact for children in Copenhagen. Jon runs a wine bar and Cecilie working with fashion. We are looking for someone who, like ourselves, appreciate signs nights, good music, wine and cozy communal dinners with games. We are part into cooking, where we often cultivate community spirit and enjoy ourselves with dinners where we eg. sharing costs. Currently, vegetarian and vegan wave is the new black at home with us. We live in an apartment on a total 140kvm consisting of 5 rooms with high ceilings, in a beautiful new building from 2002. We also have a nice kitchen (with dishwasher), two toilets and bath (with washer and dryer). The apartment has a lovely sunny balcony and a courtyard filled with flowers and sunshine in the summer. The apartment has a beautiful view of the Copenhagen channel and Christian Church - a stone's throw from Christianshavn Metro Station, Knippels bridge, Christiansborg Palace and only a few hundred meters to Kongens Nytorv. There is not much food - only 250m to the Facts, SuperBrugsen etc. We care to keep our little home neat and clean and expect the same of you as a tenant. The room we rent is about 15kvm with lots of closet space, and it is next to our large balcony. The rental period is basically unlimited. The monthly rent is 4950kr per. month. In addition 275kr per month for electricity and heating, water, internet and practical household (detergents, soap, etc.). The deposit is 14,850 kr. And cover your share of 3-month. prepaid rent and deposit. It deducted at moving 150 kr. Per. months you have lived here for maintenance of the apartment + interior.
