Cozy room of 8 sqm + loft is rented in the 2nd floor mansion apartment of 130 sqm in the best location in Christianshavn - just a few meters from the canals and the harbor and with just 450 meters / 6 minutes walk from the Metro at Christianshavns Torv and the same from the Inderhavnsbroen towards Nyhavn. You get: Cozy bright room which thanks to sleeping loft, ensures good use of the square meters. You get access to the room via the kitchen / back stairs, so even if we come home late or leave early we do not disturb each other. You have access to well-equipped kitchen with dining area and all the service and kitchen equipment you need incl. dishwasher. In addition, of course, access to the large bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Everything in good condition. You are: Maybe you are a student or maybe a commuter who needs a little, but good in the city, in a beautiful apartment that is extremely quiet despite the central location. In addition, you are calm, considerate and responsible and then you do not smoke at home. I am: In the rest of the apartment I live (Danish woman 46 years) and sometimes my girlfriend is there too - or we are with him and you are home alone. I am an extrovert and my exciting job in an international company is very filling. I also have a holiday home where we spend many weekends - in other words, I am often on the move. How do we live together: I'm not looking for a roomie collective and the apartment is divided so we just want to meet in the hallway and kitchen, so there is plenty of privacy for both of us - but that's why we can have a nice coffee and cozy chat in the kitchen if it falls us in. We share the kitchen and bath and of course make sure that each one is nice, tidy and nice to be here. As the most natural thing in the world, we respect each other and pay attention.
