We are two friends, Winnie and Thomas, 29 and 33, who have lived here since summer (where we took the apartment as the first) with a third roommate who is now moving with her boyfriend. The apartment is: Large living room in connection with kitchen with balcony, kitchen with all appliances, bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. In the room there is a built-in closet, and it is possible to take over the furniture that is now standing (brand new bed, desk and chest of drawers) NOTE: The rent is inclusive of ALT; ie consumption (water, heat, electricity), internet and cleaning We look forward to hearing from you.
