Aarhus Student Gymnastics

Aarhus Student Gymnastics is the students' gymnastic and fitness association in Aarhus. They are a sports club at Aarhus University Sport and aims to provide students in and around Aarhus good training opportunities in gymnastics and fitness for student friendly prices.

They offer inexpensive jumping and rhythm gymnastics and association fitness in the form of teams such as heart rate and strength, pilates, yoga, circuit training, Zumba, etc. They have training places around in Aarhus, among others in the DGI, Marselisborg Gymnastics Center and in the central and northern part of Aarhus in different private and public schools.

The ASG can freely exercise at all fitness classes for kr. 1,000.00 per year with a clean gym membership. With a gym membership, you can combine one (or more) gymnastics teams with free training on all fitness classes from kr. 1.200,00.

At ASG, you can easily organize your everyday life with firm hold trainings. You will quickly learn your medgymnaster and fitness practitioners to know, precisely because many find one or more favorites among our teams offer.

Why Aarhus Student Gymnastics?

In order to adapt to the student's busy weekdays trying ASG to be as flexible as possible. They therefore offer their members the freedom to choose what and when to exercise, without having to join a team several weeks in advance.

They have in ASG an aim to promote community activity, quality and versatility, and it is from these four values that their directors and board work. The ASG is the community strengthened through various social activities such as the annual forårsopvisning in March or April which finishes with a feast for both the volunteers, directors and members.
