70 km2 furnished private area in large Victorian mansion in Frederiksberg 5 min from the lake pavilion. We are a cohabitation of three people aged between 27 and 32, who are looking for a fourth M/K (or a couple) for a fixed-term tenancy from 1 October 2022 (can move in a week before by agreement) to 31 . January 2023. You will have your very own area with a large, exceptionally bright and high-ceilinged room with a large cozy marble bathroom with its own dryer / washing machine, walk-in closet and a storage hallway. (See the attached blueprint, so they can see which areas you want to have access to). Your private area is in a mansion in Victorian style with many beautiful details, stucco ceilings, sliding doors, plank floors, etc. The entire apartment is incredibly sunny, and there is no significant noise nuisance from the street. Common area: Large sunny balcony with shelter and herbs, fully equipped kitchen (with cooker), dishwasher, refrigerators, dining room and sofa corner. The rent is DKK 15,000.00 per month incl. water, heat, electricity, Wi-Fi, Netflix and HBO, and the rental period is limited to three months. We like the common areas to be clean and tidy, but your area is your very own kingdom. We are all social and outgoing, and we enjoy chatting about cooking and eating together every now and then. You are welcome to invite in social events or relax in the room as you wish - the most important thing is that the chemistry works. The fine print: A deposit +15,000 must be paid. Pets are not allowed, and the balcony is the only option for smoking. There is bicycle parking in the backyard, and a parking space in the backyard can be rented for an additional fee.
